2026 has been a year of growth, change, and new beginnings for Kopa Holistics.

This year has seen the launch of Kopa Aromatherapy, bringing you a beautiful collection of holistic scents and wellness accessories designed to support your self-care journey and create moments of calm in everyday life.

It has also been a year of personal change for me. After spending time working within a children’s palliative care unit, I have taken the step to fully dedicate myself to my own journey and work with Kopa Holistics.

Change can feel uncertain. Stepping into something new can bring fear, doubt, and many questions — but I truly believe that if we want something different in our lives, we have to be brave enough to take that first step. Staying in the same place may feel comfortable, but growth often happens when we allow ourselves to move forward.

This journey has reminded me that following your passion, trusting yourself, and creating something meaningful is worth the leap.
