These will include, Name, DOB, Address, telephone no. medication and other sensitive health information that you give. All information is purely for my business use and will not be shared to any third parties.
Data that is collected through this website such as google analytics will not involve any attempt to find out your identity if you are visiting this website..

ENQUIRIES
If you send me a message with sensitive information on it, ie. address, health concerns, via my website, mobile FB page or Watsap The information will only be held with your consent if treatment goes ahead. You will always be required to give consent for any sensitive information you dilvulge during your first assessment and treatment for any services. You will be asked to read and sign a privacy notice under GDPR guidelines. If we do not proceed to treatment then all information will be erased securely.

I am committed to ensuring your information is secure. Your information is contained behind secured networks. Any paid services are conducted through a third party payment system I Zettle and can be paid for via a link which is sent to your telephone number or you can pay at time of treatment.

Cancellation and GPDR Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Kopa Holistics has a 24hour cancellation and reschedule policy. Whilst we do appreciciate unexepected issues can occur and are are out of our control, it is appreciated that if you can give a minimum of 24 hours notice when you need to cancel your appointment. or you may incur a charge of 50% of the total cost. This can then be filled with those who are on the waiting list. We will do our best to reshedule your appointment to the nearest convenient date. Whilst we do appreciate that this may happen on occasions if it happens repeatedly you will be asked to pay upfront for any further further appointments.

GPDR POLICY
In line with GPDR purposes we need your consent to hold notes and personal information about you. This information is gathered during your initial assessment when registering for any services. All information is stored securely and any information kept will be soley used for the service provided and no information will be passed onto third parties without your consent. You are also asked to consent to any photographs that maybe used for marketing campaingns to promote these services. You have the option to opt out of this should you wish to do so.
