Pregnancy Reflexology is suitable from 6 weeks of pregnancy through to birth and beyond, offering a calming and nurturing experience during the many stages of pregnancy. Each session is tailored to the individual, helping you take time for yourself while supporting relaxation and comfort throughout your pregnancy journey.
